YouTube Description Export

The YouTube Description Export tool generates ready-to-paste text for your video descriptions, formatted exactly how you want. Instead of manually copying each product URL and writing out your own list, the tool builds the text for you based on your gear list items.

You can configure a prefix (text that appears before the list — e.g. '🛠️ Full gear list:'), an item format using placeholders ({title}, {url}, and {shorturl} for the item's short link), and a suffix (text that appears after the list — e.g. a disclosure statement or channel CTA).

The export panel lives inside the gear list editor. Once you've set up your preferred format, you can save it as your default template so it applies automatically to every future export across all your lists — you only need to configure it once.

The generated text updates live as you adjust the format settings. When it looks right, copy it directly from the panel and paste into your YouTube description field.
